These terms and conditions apply to all Training Excellence ltd programmes.
By filling out and submitting an application to our free training or booking onto our fee paying courses you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
All programmes are as described in our most recent promotional literature, although we do reserve the right to add value, upgrade the training venue, use more different trainers and modify the programme’s content.
The bursary is offered for selected trainings and cannot be used with any other offers. We have the right to withdraw the bursary at any time. By applying and/or accepting the bursary you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
Failure to pay your part of the contributions to the training will be that the bursary will be withdrawn and you become liable for the full amount of the training.
Free 1 Day Course:
We have an offer where you can attend the first day of the NLP Diploma Free of charge, which is a 3 day NLP course. This 3 day NLP Diploma counts towards taking an NLP Practitioner. Please note to complete the NLP Diploma i.e. the full 3 day NLP Diploma you will need to book onto the rest of the NLP Diploma either on the free days training or via our website.
By attending the first day of the NLP Diploma does not put you under any obligation to complete you NLP Diploma.
You may attend the first day of the NLP Diploma, free of charge. There is a £20 deposit to reserve you place and will be refunded via the same method of payment, normally via Paypal. We reserve the right to keep the £20 if you cancel your place, do not show for the training or do not stay for the full days training. At our descrision we will transfer you place once, then for each transfer there is a £20 fee.
The free 1 day course offer is only open to someone who has not previously taken any NLP training that is longer then 4 days. (Any person applying who has already taken NLP training over 4 days will be offered a part funded course) In our free courses we cover the cost of training, printed materials and support. We do not cover travel, meals and accommodation. To be eligible for a free place you must apply via the website, where your application will be considered by our panel. We reserve the right to refuse a free place. By Attending the free training you confirming that you have been offered a place by us: I agree that I have been formally offered a place for the free training. If I have not applied and been offered a place, I agree to pay the full cost of the course (£395). I agree to pay the full cost of the course if I have been on or am booked onto other NLP Trainings over 4 days, without informing NLP excellence prior to the commencement of the course. If you are found to be giving out tickets for other events, you will be asked to leave the course, and be charged the full amount (£395) . At our discretion we will transfer your place on a course if requested once without cost. After this a charge of £50 will be made or we will take you off our mailing list. We reserve the right to withdraw our comprehensive support at any time and/or if for any reason you decide to train at NLP Practitioner with another training provider. Companies sending groups of employees to the free course. We allow up to 5 people from the same company to be on any of our free courses. Any employees from the same company who apply after we have offered a place to the first 5, will be offered a place on the next available free course.
If paid in full: Refunds: Full Refund of monies paid if cancelled ten weeks before commencement of original course booked (minus £50 admin fee) less the non-refundable deposit which is 20% of full amount, 50% refund if cancelled four weeks before commencement of original course booked, 25% refund if cancelled three weeks before commencement of original course booked.. No refund due two weeks before course commencement of original course booked.
If no course is booked at time of payment, you have 14 days to change your mind to cancel your place for a refund. No refund due after 14 days.
If Paying by installments:
You have 14 days to change you mind and recieve a full refund of monies paid, minus the £50 admin fee. If you change you mind after the 14 days no monies paid will be refunded and other fees will need to be paid. Admin fee applies to paid course cancellations. Less the Non-Refundable deposit of £400 for Package 1 and 20% of any other packages or individual courses (even if you have taken the option of spreading the cost of the training). The exception to this is by booking onto or upgrading to the Ultimate Package where you have 30 days from your first Ultimate Package payment to withdraw and receive a refund of the fee paid so far. (minus £50 admin fee.) If you change you mind after 30 days no monies paid will be refunded and other fees will need to be paid.
If you decide to cancel your place on any of the packages and you have already attended any part of the training including complimentary courses or have had access to any online material you then become liable for the individual costs of any training or materials accessed. Course fee become due in full within 14 days of cancellation . If you are paying by instalments any certificates will not be issued until payment is complete.
If you do not attend course you originally booked that runs our obligation has been fulfilled. No monies will be refunded. At our discretion we will transfer you place but under no obligation.
If you are not happy with the course; We are confident that we will exceed you expectations, however: If you are unhappy with the course: please inform the trainer at the end of day 1 of the course who will make a note of what you have said and please e-mail to The director of Training, c/o Training Excellence ltd [email protected]
Our Polices on Venues: We like to use unusual venues that in some way contribute to the local community. You will know this if you have attended a free course, you cannot use the venue or location as a reason for a refund.
Our materials We have spent considerable time and money compiling our training materials and they are copyrighted to us. The members area is for your own personal use and you cannot allow anyone else to use your login details. You cannot share the content in any way, if you are found sharing the information you agree to pay the full cost of the course for each person who uses your members area. If you cancel your training and have accessed the members area and/or attended any online training then you agree to pay £395 as compensation for access to the library of resources You may not use any of our logos without written permission.
Audio and video recording during courses is not allowed. Occasionally, we film trainers and your attendance at the courses gives us the right to use your image and voice in any recordings without payment to you. The courses may contain material that is in the public domain If we change the venue, even at short notice, we will of course inform you. However, we will not be liable for any travel or additional accommodation costs you might incur due to this change. We rarely cancel programmes but if we do, we apologise for any inconvenience but cannot compensate you in any way and this is no ground for any refunds as we offer alternative dates and locations. In the event that Training Excellence ltd is liable to any extent under this agreement or general law, liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid by you. By registering on this training programme, you are allowing us to use your personal data so that we can maintain your membership. We never pass on your information to third parties but sometimes send offers through us in the areas of personal development and training. We are fully registered with the Data Protection Agencies
We occasionally film, record or take photos, by attending the courses you agree that we have to right to use the recording/film/photos for both learning and commercial purposes.
Certificates and awarding bodies
Please note we reserve the right to change who the certificates are awarding from and if they are awarded from 3rd parties companies. Awarding bodies may change from time to time and we have the right to make changes.
The NLP Practitioner Package 1
You are paying for the NLP Practitioner, the extra courses Advanced NLP Practitioner, Coaching Level 1, Hypnosis Level 1, members area and virtual classes are gifts, we supply them in good faith. We reserve the right to withdraw or change them at any time.
The NLP Master Practitioner Package 2
You are paying for the NLP Practitioner & NLP Master Practitioner, the extra courses Advanced NLP Practitioner, Coaching Level 1 and 2, Hypnosis Level 1 and 2, members area and virtual classes are gifts, we supply them in good faith. We reserve the right to withdraw or change them at any time.
Courses given as a gift
If you choose to book one of our packages we do give you gifts of courses. You have 12 months to take the gift course from the time of booking, we will at our discretion extend the time frame. We also reserve the right to change the format of courses for example: live training can become online training etc. We reserve the right to change and withdraw courses, as a gesture of good will we will do our best to offer an alternative but are not obligated to do so.
Some of our courses which are included within the packages/gift like ILM qualifications carry a fee paid to that organisation, that we normally cover within the gift. We have to pay the fee before you start the training because of this if you do not complete or take the training within the 12 months we reserve the right to invoice you for this fee. The course will not be able to be completed unless the invoice is paid. As a guide for this fee ANLP is £65 and ILM £250, this may change.
No alternatives are offered and no refund or credit given for any gifts/gift courses offered at time of booking.
The Train the Trainer Program
The Train the Trainer Program is run under the TRAINING EXCELLENCE LTD and is only recognised by the us but you can also become a member of ANLP as a trainer. Once you have completed the training and all written work you will be able to certify through the Training Excellence within the guidelines and fees set by Training Excellence. We make no claims about being recognised by any other member clubs. Taking the Train the Trainer program you are paying for the training only. Some times we offer other benefits as gifts such as mentoring and attending other courses we run. We have the right to withdraw or change the extra gifts at any times.
The Ultimate Training Package
when you take this package you are paying for the NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and the NLP Train the Trainer Program. The Ultimate training package is not included if you have brought each course separately, you must have purchased the Ultimate Training Package. All other courses and products are gifts and are available at the time of offer, please note this may change and any of the extra courses or products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. The Ultimate Training Package does not cover any in-house training.
Mentoring & Coaching one to one
John will give mentoring and coaching as as part of the Ultimate Training Package for two years. Also offer this as a gift on the Train the Trainer Program and is not compulsory on either side.
Training Excellence Ltd and the Customer are contractors independent of each other, and neither has the authority to bind the other to any third party or act in any way as the representative of the other, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by both parties.
Any notice to be given by either party to the other may be served by email, Personal service or by post to the address of the other party given in the Specification Document or such other address as such party may from time to time have communicated to the other in writing, and if sent by email shall unless the contrary is proved be deemed to be received on the day it was sent, if given by letter shall be deemed to have been served at the time at which the letter was delivered personally or if sent by post shall be deemed to have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the Terms and Conditions herein shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at anytime subsequently to enforce all Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Training Excellence Ltd may, in addition to its own employees, engage sub-contractors to provide all or part of the services being provided to the Customer

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
