NLP is a methodology for modelling excellence in human behaviour
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a methodology for understanding how the human brain works and how to model excellence in human behaviour. It is based on the premise that the way we think, speak and act is shaped by our neurological processes and language patterns.
By studying the subconscious language patterns of successful people, it is possible to replicate success in your own life. NLP is designed to help you identify and change any unconscious habits or negative beliefs that are holding you back. You can achieve greater levels of communication, performance, and understanding.
By recognizing the patterns of the unconscious mind, NLP enables us to reprogram the brain to create new and more successful neural pathways for greater clarity and understanding. Resulting in improved decision-making, relationships, and success.
Study NLP for Business and Personal Development
NLP is an effective tool for personal and business development. It helps to create positive changes in the way we interpret, respond and act to certain situations. With NLP, you can gain awareness and insight into your unconscious patterns and belief systems. Bringing incredible transformation to areas such as how you see and understand your peers and colleagues, how you manage your time. How you set and achieve goals, and even how you maintain good relationships.
When used effectively, NLP can bring unparalleled self-confidence and a heightened ability to make conscious choices that bring delight and fulfilment.

NLP Certification FAQ
What is a certified NLP practitioner?
A certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner is someone who has undergone rigorous training in the field of NLP and has been certified by an NLP professional organization such as the Association of NLP (ANLP.org).
Are there prerequisites for this NLP training?
No, there are no prerequisites for Neuro-Linguistic Programming training. A desire to learn, attitude of curiosity and to care more than others think wise, helps.
If I was to get all poetic we could say:
The path to true knowledge lies at the crossroads of exploration and imagination. Those who strive to learn more, regardless of where it may lead, embody a courageous spirit that cannot be dimmed by any obstacle they may face. Like a spark in the night, their attitude of curiosity and their willingness to care more than others think wise illuminates the darkness, empowering them to think more deeply and discover entirely new realms of understanding. Such a desire to learn will be rewarded greatly, for it leads us ever closer to who we can truly become.

The cost of NOT taking an NLP course?
The cost of not utilizing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in all areas of life can be tremendous. Without unravelling the underlying pathways and drivers of behaviour, we may miss out on making momentum and achieving success in our goals.
We could go through life feeling unfulfilled, lacking purpose, and stuck in destructive patterns. NLP helps us to access and control the unconscious mind which can often hold us back from learning, growing, and achieving targets. It helps us to identify and re-wire negative thinking that can keep us from our highest potential, while uncovering patterns that can fuel positive change.
Without the tools of NLP, we would remain naive to the powerful effects of the unconscious mind on our behaviour, mindset, and ultimately our life outcomes.

What are the Standards and Ethics within NLP?
At the core of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) lies the belief that all individuals possess the potential to change and evolve for the better. The NLP practitioner leverages language, conscious and unconscious processes, awareness, and behaviour patterns to address issues encountered in daily life.
We follow ANLP.org Standards and Ethics.
The Association NLP (ANLP.org) has established guidelines and standards for those engaging in NLP. The ANLP supports a code of ethics and standards that emphasize trust, respect, and accountability to support the privacy and safety of clients.
Every NLP practitioner must abide by certain principles such as confidentiality, professional responsibility, informed consent, and non-exploitation of clients’ vulnerable positions.
Practitioners should seek to understand the needs and goals of the client and then develop an appropriate plan of action. The NLP practitioner should regularly refine their skills to gain greater skill, continuing their education and experience in the field.
