The art and science of NLP

Practical tools for communication, change and personal development.

NLP is a practical approach to human behaviour. It explores how people create results through patterns of attention, language, emotion, memory and action.

In this Practitioner course, you learn the foundational models and techniques of NLP, then practise using them in ways that support clearer communication, better choices, stronger rapport and useful change.

The goal is not to collect clever tricks. It is to build skill, awareness and flexibility so NLP becomes useful in real conversations.

During the programme

You will learn the core patterns behind NLP practice.

This is the foundation for using NLP with yourself and, where appropriate, supporting others with more skilful communication and change work.

Language and thinking

Understand how language affects experience, choice and behaviour.

Rapport and connection

Build trust more naturally using verbal and non-verbal communication.

Anchoring useful states

Access confidence, calm or motivation when it matters.

Reframing and belief change

Shift stuck perspectives and work with limiting beliefs more effectively.

Strategies and modelling

Study how people make decisions, learn and create successful results.

Hypnosis and metaphor

Explore indirect language, trance and stories as tools for change.

Who it is for

NLP Practitioner is for people who want to practise, not just collect ideas.

This is for you if

  • You want more choice in how you think, communicate and respond.
  • You want to grow as a coach, therapist, trainer, leader or communicator.
  • You are interested in limiting beliefs, internal conflict and procrastination.
  • You want group practice, feedback and a structured learning path.
  • You know better NLP skills can improve learning, thinking and relationships.

This is not for you if

  • You want a one-size-fits-all script rather than learning how to think for yourself.
  • You are looking for shortcuts, tricks or growth hacks.
  • You prefer to learn completely alone rather than practise with others.
  • You believe a certificate matters more than real skill.
  • You are not willing to engage with online live learning.

Course philosophy

NLP is social. Skill grows through practice, feedback and connection.

This course is designed to help you trust your logic, intuition and authentic voice. You will learn in a supportive environment where questions, practice and shared discovery matter.

The aim is not to make NLP mysterious. The aim is to help you understand the patterns clearly enough to use them with care, confidence and flexibility.

“You are amazing” is the soul of the course, but the training stays practical: models, practice, feedback and real integration.

NLP certification FAQ

Questions people ask before joining.

What is a certified NLP Practitioner?

A certified NLP Practitioner is someone who has completed structured training in the principles, methods and practical skills of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Are there prerequisites?

No formal prerequisites are required. Curiosity, willingness to practise and care for how you use the skills are far more important.

What if I miss a live session?

You can catch up with the recording and supporting materials. Live attendance is recommended for practice, feedback and the full group experience.

Is online NLP training effective?

Yes. Online training works well when it includes live interaction, practice, feedback, recordings and clear learning structure.

What is the difference between Practitioner and Master Practitioner?

Practitioner teaches the foundations, principles and core techniques. Master Practitioner goes deeper into modelling, advanced patterns and more subtle applications.

When can I start?

You can begin with pre-recorded video and workbook access once enrolled, so you are ready before the live classes begin.

Standards and ethics

Skills matter. So does the attitude behind them.

NLP skills should be used with respect, consent and responsibility. The training references ANLP standards and ethics, including trust, confidentiality, professional responsibility and non-exploitation.

Certification is based on more than content knowledge. It includes attitude, behavioural skill, practice, sensory awareness, outcome focus and respectful relationships with others in the training.
