Happy New Year
A fresh year.
Can you feel the electricity in the air?
This is the time of the year when I take time to reflect on the on the past year. I have concluded that 2015 was a tough and playful year.
This is also the time of year to plan and set goals for the year ahead. I have been using a new system of goal setting called Cognitive Goal Setting. Very cool stuff.
So what goals am I pursuing for 2016? My main theme is “Building our NLP community.” Here’s what I’ve started:
- The podcast show which goes live this week
- YouTube, Weekly NLP videos
- Weekly Newsletter
I would also find it an honour to work with you one-on-one to help you build a business using your NLP skills. Together we will build a website where you can advertise your skills.
As part of this service, you will also have access to a range of mini classes on building your company.
If you are a freelance trainer, I may be able to put some work your way. Click here to find out more.
What do you think the website would also need to be successful?
I’m planning on expanding Cognitive Goal Setting into a new book and course for 2016. Would you like to be part of the beta testers? I’m going to need case studies. Look out for more information in the next few weeks.
Until next week

P.S.
One question I have been asked a few times “Is it true that you only have five jokes?” Not completely. I do have five more.
Then I was asked, “Do you use them in your corporate training?” When I said, “Yes,” I had to laugh at the look of shock on their faces.
Hey, funny once, funny every time.
As I have been using the same jokes for the last ten years, I was thinking of adding a new one. What do you think?
can’t wait to hear your new jokes, John, I’ve heard all your five by now several times 🙂
Hi Catalin Good to hear from you, yes I think I am ready for some new jokes. I will keep you updated. Talk soon John
